08/09/2005-Paris«My journey in Vietnam is almost over. It was a first very rich and moving experience with «the children of Hue ". I want to thank the entire crew of the bakery "Banh Mi Phap" for their reception: Tom, Manu, Antoine and the others.I wish good luck to the new volunteers who will arrive in 2006. To all the travellers who are going to discover Vietnam and Hue city: You must stop to enjoy a French croissant or a lemon pie: 20, Huong Vong Street . You will find the resume of my last days here and my feelings in the next Newsletter who will end up the Vietnam step and will be the link on Cambodia.

The next stage: Cambodia, from Ho Chi Minh City for a journey of two days by bus and boat on the Mekong delta and its floating markets: Cai be-Vinh Long Xuyen-Chau Doc-Phnom Penh and finally Siem Reap to meet a special school dedicated to children to teach them hotel business and restoration: «Sala Bai»: First free catering school intended for the young discriminated Cambodians. (Created and managed by the French NGO “Act for Cambodia” since October, 2002.

> Second report done in Cambodia! Such an incredible experience with the young adults of the Sala Bai Center in Siem Reap. Cooking and hotel school initiative is so valuable and allows to create so many jobs among the poor population of the region. I hope you will like the photos and that you will help them by enjoying a trip to Siem Reap, taking advantage to visit the ANGKOR WAT temples, unique experience!

The next stage is Argentina, meeting the TECA Fondation and its lumbery school for children and adoption center in San Marcos Sierras, 150 kms up north to Cordoba City.
